Kelly Winn

Kelly serves as the Community Outreach Coordinator and Advantage Kids Coach at the Denver Tennis Park, where her focus is strengthening community connections and expanding access to youth programming. Her work centers on building relationships with families, schools, and community partners to ensure DTP’s programs are welcoming, inclusive, and responsive to community needs.

With experience in community engagement and youth development, Kelly brings a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to her role. She is passionate about creating opportunities for children to build confidence, develop life skills, and feel a sense of belonging through positive movement-based experiences. She believes kids always need another outlet, and that tennis—as a lifelong sport—offers a unique and sustainable pathway for growth, wellness, and long-term participation.

In her dual role, Kelly works directly with youth as a coach while also supporting outreach efforts that increase awareness and participation across Denver. She collaborates closely with internal teams and external partners to reduce barriers to access and ensure programs reflect the real needs of the communities DTP serves.

Kelly is known for her approachable leadership style, strong communication skills, and commitment to equity and inclusion. She brings both heart and strategy to her work, helping position The Denver Tennis Park as an organization that values connection, opportunity, and long-term impact. She is proud to contribute to a team that prioritizes kids first and believes in the power of sport to strengthen individuals and communities.
