Chris Wells

My Story

Chris has been a valued member of the Denver Tennis Park team since 2022 and currently serves as the Front Desk Team Lead. She began her professional career in teaching and has since held a variety of roles across different fields, experiences that have shaped her strong communication skills, adaptability, and people-first approach. After exploring several career paths, Chris believes she has found her forever home at Denver Tennis Park.

In her role at the front desk, Chris especially enjoys the daily interactions with the wide range of people who walk through the doors. From longtime participants to first-time visitors, she takes pride in creating a welcoming, friendly environment and helping everyone feel comfortable and supported.

Chris and her husband, Doug, raised two sons who are now in their early twenties. While her husband and sons grew up playing tennis, the intensity of the sport once kept Chris at a distance. That changed thanks to patience, knowledgeable pros and the inclusive, encouraging culture at DTP, which inspired her to finally pick up a racquet. Today, Chris can often be found bouncing between Learn to Play and 2.5 drills, enjoying the challenge, laughter, and community that tennis brings.
