Advanced & Intermediate Programs and Tournament Support Manager
My Story
Denver Tennis Park (DTP) is proud to announce the appointment of Maureen ”Mo” Slattery as its new Advanced Player Development Program & Tournament Manager. A decorated collegiate athlete and accomplished coach, Slattery brings an exceptional record of leadership, player development, and community engagement to the role. A former ITA All-American and Summit League Player of the Year at the University of Denver, she captained her team to historic NCAA victories while earning academic honors as a Scholar Athlete.

Following her playing career, Slattery built a strong coaching résumé with positions at Christopher Newport University, Claremont-Mudd-Scripps, and the University of Denver, where she recruited nationally recognized athletes, managed program budgets, and guided teams to national-level success. Her connection to Denver Tennis Park began in 2019 as an instructor, where she quickly established herself as an inspiring mentor for youth and adult players alike. Most recently returning to DTP in 2024, she has played a key role in advancing the organization’s mission by developing inclusive programming and mentoring fellow coaches.

In her new role as Advanced Player Development Program & Tournament Manager, Slattery will oversee advanced training pathways and tournament programming at Denver Tennis Park, expanding opportunities for players across Denver while reinforcing DTP’s HEART values – Humility, Effort, Attitude, Respect, and Teamwork.
